Palma de Mallorca is a great place to visit at any time with a super climate and fantastic bars and shops.
Today decided to take a look in McDonalds city centre McCafé which is nestled on a corner across from the main tourist office. H&M and C&A are just across the road too on a boulevard with numerous other Cafés and boutiques. There is an outdoor seating area right by an international news vendor and bus stop to the Beach resorts of C’an Patilla, Playa de Palma and Arenal.
McDonalds Café is on the enterance to the main fast food site but has a clearly seperated unit with a rather swisher feel to it. The counter has a full array of Muffins, Whoopie bites and Cakes and there is a fully comprehensive Barista menu available.
I had a ‘Latte latte Macciato’ which was cheerfully served in a tall Scandinavian style latte glass.
The beverage tasted pretty good though a bit light. There was a certain sweetness towards the last drops. I imagine there is some kind of secret ingredient.
All in all a fuss free coffee experience in an environment enhanced from merely that of a burger giant.
